Are you trying to login to the Library catalogue / databases for researching, while on our wireless network or off-site? If so, use your Moodle login.
If you are not able to login to Moodle, please contact helpdesk@msvu.ca. The Mount IT&S staff will be able to help you, and once you are able to login to Moodle, you will most likely be able to login to the Library. Are you able to login to Moodle but not the Library? Let us know.  

If you are logging in to view your Library account, request a hold on an item, or Document Delivery, the login is your library card number as you included above, and the password is the last 4 digits of your phone number. This can sometimes be blocked if you have overdue fines above a certain limit. Send us your student ID number so that we can check your account.
