Are you trying to login to the Library databases, journals or ebooks, while on our wireless network or away from campus? If so, use your Moodle login or Mount email login.
If you are not able to login to Moodle, please contact helpdesk@msvu.ca. The Mount IT&S staff will be able to help you, and once you can login to Moodle, you will most likely be able to login to the Library. Are you able to login to Moodle or your email but not the Library? Let us know.  

If you are logging in to view your Library account, request a hold on an item, or Document Delivery, the login is your library card number barcode, and the password is the last 4 digits of your phone number. Your card can sometimes be blocked if your library account is expired, or if you have overdue fines above a certain limit. Send us your student ID number so that we can check your account, or you can stop by the Library desk in the EMF building.
