Almost all of the Library login screens use the same username and password as your Mount email login.
If you are unable to sign in to either your MSVU email or the Library, please contact helpdesk@msvu.ca. The Mount IT&S staff will be able to help you, and once you can sign in to your email, you will most likely be able to sign in to the Library. Are you able to sign in to MSVU email but not the Library? Let us know by email at library@msvu.ca.
The only exception to using your MSVU email credentials is the MSVU Document Delivery account. To log in, enter the 14-digit barcode associated with your Mount ID card. Your password is your surname (exactly how it is spelt in your library account). Please contact us at library@msvu.ca if you experience any problems logging into the Document Delivery form.
