Q. How do I request or renew my Mount ID card?

Mount ID request/renew in-person

You can visit the Library Front Desk on campus to have your photo taken and receive your ID right away.

Mount ID request/renew online

If you are unable to visit campus due to distance or disability, request or renew your Mount ID card by mail by completing the Mount ID request/renew form.

Photo ID cards must always be picked up in person at the Library Desk. New ID cards sent by mail do not include a photo; they include a photo of the MSVU campus but are otherwise identical: barcode, student number, academic level, etc.

Card Renewals

If you already have a Mount ID card, a sticker validating the card for the current academic year can be mailed to you or picked up in person.
